My Approach

I am a content free therapist, which means after the Initial Consultation, we may not talk about the issue you came with but more towards the outcome you want to achieve.

This doesn’t mean we forget about it, far from it, in fact, we will use the lessons/strengths from that so you can find ways to move forward to be the best version of yourself that you can. I have found that using SFBT together with hypnosis works very well.

I believe the client knows best, so I’ll start the session off, but where it goes from there depends on the client. I say that due to we are all different, so not one way works best for everyone

We do the sessions over Zoom so you can be anywhere, which suits you in the comfort of your own home or where you feel at ease.

The first session will be the initial consultation, where I’ll get all the info I need. I’ll explain a bit about the brain and about this type of therapy. and answering any of your questions. This is a good time for you to see if this type of therapy is right for you. After that session may last up to 1 hour.
